This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of network fundamentals. You will be the first point of contact for connectivity issues, working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth network operations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls and troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Diagnose and resolve problems related to switches, Cisco remote access, port errors, and network drops . Escalate complex issues to the Vendor Hotline team when necessary. Collaborate with third-party vendors to collect and update floor plans . Perform VLAN assignments and maintain accurate network configurations. Required Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cisco networking . Familiarity with VLAN configurations and troubleshooting connectivity errors. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for vendor and team interactions.
