Key responsibilities include managing claim setups and ensuring timely communication. You should be customer focused, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up claims by confirming policy details
- Complete new claims courtesy calls diligently
- Maintain accurate tracking of claims settled by BFL
- Update claims information in LEO with attention to detail
- Communicate claims status with clients and adjusters
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Level 1 license required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
