During your internship, you'll build practical experience in:

* Process improvement and operating model design
* Executive communications and storytelling
* Culture, engagement, and colleague experience initiatives
* Governance, risk, and control practices within a large financial institutionYou'll also develop valuable skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, data visualization, change management, and executive presentation developmentJOB REQUIREMENTS* ### Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Communication, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business, or related degree program.
* ### Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
* ### Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* ### Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* ### Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* ### Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
