Our client is currently seeking a qualified Technical Support Analyst to join their team onsite in Toronto, ON and provide end-user support. This role is responsible for desktop support, device deployments, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, workstation installations, and day-to-day IT operations while ensuring employees have the technology required to work effectively.
Duties And Responsibilities
Provide desktop and technical support for corporate, pharmacy, and clinic users
Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
Deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, and workstations
Perform user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and device deployments
Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and MFA
Troubleshoot VPN, Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, and application connectivity issues
Support pharmacy applications and clinical devices where applicable
Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles
Assist with office moves, workstation setups, and technology refresh projects
Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with Desktop Infrastructure and IT teams
Skills And Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of enterprise desktop support experience in a corporate, healthcare, retail, or managed services environment
Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and MFA administration
Experience with workstation deployments, hardware installations, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management
Knowledge of Windows Server Remote Desktop Services, VPN, Citrix, printers, and peripherals
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Valid G driver's license with the ability to travel between office, clinic, and pharmacy locations
Healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industry experience preferred
Experience supporting pharmacy applications such as TELUS Health Kroll, Phox, Nexi, or similar preferred
Experience supporting Zebra printers, barcode scanners, RFID devices, signature pads, and other clinical peripherals preferred
Power BI and SQL Server support experience preferred
Knowledge of healthcare privacy and security requirements preferred
