Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative position located in Nanaimo, BC. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients and dealers, and promoting VMAC products. Key responsibilities include meeting sales goals, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, attending industry trade shows, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. QualificationsProven ability in sales, client relationship management, and account developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsKnowledge of industrial equipment or relevant experience in the automotive or manufacturing industriesExperience with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales softwareSelf-motivation, goal-driven attitude, and ability to work independentlyAbility to travel within the designated territory and attend trade shows when requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredTechnical aptitude and understanding of air compressors are considered an asset
