SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong communication skills — written and verbal
Business acumen understands strategy, programs, and business operations
Experience in Sales or Retail domain (preferred background)
Proven experience leading Business Programs as a Program Manager on the business side
Experience as a DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for tools/systems
Ability to translate business requirements into product features in collaboration with technology teams
Salesforce exp is preferred
Strong structured thinking with clear examples of:
Stakeholder alignment
Prioritization with business teams
