As a Human Resources Implementation and Support Consultant, you will help healthcare clients achieve business objectives through effective system solutions. The work combines business analysis, application support, project coordination, training, testing, and problem-solving. You will translate requirements, understand processes, and collaborate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement customers through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and transition
- Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions
- Manage support cases, documentation, priorities, escalations, and resolutions
- Build client relationships and provide functional guidance to users
- Coordinate project planning, status updates, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities
Requirements:
- Three to five years in Human Resources, HR systems, or related roles
- Strong Human Resources process and requirements analysis knowledge
- Experience supporting or implementing software applications
- Experience using SQL or similar data querying concepts
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
Use Human Resources processes, systems analysis, troubleshooting, and client support to deliver effective MediSolution solutions remotely across Canada.
