PrecisionERP/IT is hiring for an ONSITE Procurement/Contracts Specialist for initial 6 months to start with our client in Kitchener, ON.DUTIES:Analyze complex situations and apply creative problem-solving to deliver resultsLead resolution of contract-related queries, engaging stakeholders as neededInterpret and negotiate contractual clauses with existing and prospective customersReview deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms for revenue impactDraft and review support and renewal clauses in line with policy and standardsAdapt priorities to meet evolving business needsContribute to special projects and initiatives to improve contract processesBuild strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and drive outcomesQUALIFICATIONS:1+ years of experience in contract negotiation and deal review, ideally in technologyFamiliar with a wide range of agreements, including technology and partner contractsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyKnowledge with Microsoft Office 365Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent experience working with Sales, Renewals, or Procurement
