PrecisionERP/IT is hiring for an ONSITE Procurement/Contracts Specialist for initial 6 months to start with our client in Kitchener, ON.

DUTIES:

- Analyze complex situations and apply creative problem-solving to deliver results
- Lead resolution of contract-related queries, engaging stakeholders as needed
- Interpret and negotiate contractual clauses with existing and prospective customers
- Review deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms for revenue impact
- Draft and review support and renewal clauses in line with policy and standards
- Adapt priorities to meet evolving business needs
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives to improve contract processes
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and drive outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years of experience in contract negotiation and deal review, ideally in technology
- Familiar with a wide range of agreements, including technology and partner contracts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office 365
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent experience working with Sales, Renewals, or Procurement
