Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory while operating reach trucks and material handling equipment in a controlled warehouse environment.
This Shipping and Inventory Coordinator supports products, including high-security and serialized materials, through accurate warehouse administration. The work includes order fulfillment, shipment tracking, mail distribution, inventory counts, reconciliation, stock organization, and receiving. Accuracy and attention to detail remain critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders within established service timelines
- Receive stock and verify quantities within 24 hours
- Coordinate bulk order distribution and departmental mail
- Replenish and rotate inventory using FIFO practices
- Conduct warehouse safety inspections and support OHS committee activities
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and remain physically active
- Competence operating reach trucks and material handling equipment
- Experience using PPE and following OHS procedures
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt priorities
