DUTIES: Analyze complex situations and apply creative problem-solving to deliver results Lead resolution of contract-related queries, engaging stakeholders as needed Interpret and negotiate contractual clauses with existing and prospective customers Review deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms for revenue impact Draft and review support and renewal clauses in line with policy and standards Adapt priorities to meet evolving business needs Contribute to special projects and initiatives to improve contract processes Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and drive outcomes QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ years of experience in contract negotiation and deal review, ideally in technology Familiar with a wide range of agreements, including technology and partner contracts Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent experience working with Sales, Renewals, or Procurement
