Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Growth: Drive branch expansion through strategic recruitment of high-performing advisors and portfolio managers aligned with the firm's independent culture. Leadership & Culture: Lead by influence—fostering collaboration, professionalism, and a client-first mindset among a group of experienced and autonomous advisors. Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch activity including team structure, assistant allocation, facilities coordination, and advisor support resources. Advisor Development: Serve as a trusted partner to advisors, helping them enhance productivity, succession readiness, and client engagement. Strategic Partnership: Work closely with senior leadership to shape branch strategy, recruitment plans, and long-term succession initiatives. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in wealth management as an Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager, or Branch Manager within an IIROC-licensed firm.
