As part of our global expansion, we are launching operations in Canada and seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead our commercial growth, establish our local presence, and play a key role in building our Canadian business from the ground up. Your Mission As Senior Business Manager – Canada , you will take ownership of market development, new client acquisition, and strategic expansion activities. You will help build Prime Group's footprint in the Canadian IT & Engineering services market while collaborating closely with international teams to support operational setup. What You'll Do Develop and execute the market entry strategy for Prime Group in Canada. Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in IT & Engineering services. Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across mid-sized and enterprise levels. Recruiting consultants within the IT and Engineering space to support on projects and opportunities. Help establish local operating processes and contribute to the formal opening and growth of Prime Group in Canada. Attend events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand visibility. Support future team scaling and hiring as the Canadian business grows. What We're Looking For Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management , preferably in IT or Engineering consulting/services. Proven success building client relationships and closing new business opportunities. Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating in a launch/scale environment. Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is highly preferred. Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field — equivalent experience will also be considered. Experience working in international or fast-paced environments is an asset.
