Job Title: Associate Master Data Specialist Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite, 3 days/week mandatory) Function: Global Product & Supply Chain ManagementAbout the RoleThe Associate Master Data Specialist (AMDS) plays a critical role within the Global Master Data Operations (GMDO) team, supporting end-to-end master data execution that directly enables global supply chain and manufacturing operations.This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and business execution. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality master data across global systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and "right first time" delivery. Your work will have a direct downstream impact on product availability, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.This is not a passive data role. It requires ownership, precision, and continuous improvement thinking.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end master data maintenance including data collection, validation, cleansing, consolidation, and mass updates across multiple systemsEnsure high data quality through rigorous pre-checks and correct parameter evaluation, meeting "right first time" standardsExecute all activities in line with defined SLAs and operational proceduresIdentify, analyze, and resolve master data issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actionsAudit data quality using IDQ and manage discrepancies in Veeva, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignmentContribute to the development and maintenance of global master data standards, templates, and governance practicesSupport and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as RPA, process optimization, and system enhancementsAssist with training documentation and onboarding of new team members as neededRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or specialized diploma with relevant professional experience3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in master data maintenance or supply chain operationsExperience working in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations within a global environmentStrong understanding of pharmaceutical or regulated supply chain processes preferredProficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and VisioWorking knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, QM, APO, TM, EWM, or OMP preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishMandatory SkillsStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational and time-management capabilities with the ability to perform under pressureHigh attention to detail with a structured, quality-driven approach to workStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with proactive issue managementNice to HaveExperience with MDG-M and/or SAP S/4HANAProficiency in GermanStrong interest in data, IT systems, and modern business applicationsWork ModelOnsite role with mandatory presence at the Mississauga office three days per weekThis role is not remote or hybrid-flexible beyond the stated requirement
