Kelly is hiring Mandarin Medical Interpreters for remote work supporting healthcare providers and other organizations. You will interpret in healthcare, emergency services, insurance, financial, legal, and public service settings. The work requires confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and careful communication during sensitive calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret between Mandarin and English using OPI and VRI platforms
- Facilitate communication across healthcare and public service settings
- Convey meaning, tone, and intent accurately
- Manage video interactions with professional visual communication
- Participate in training, quality monitoring, and performance improvement
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English across required language skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfort using technology and web based platforms
