This full-time role requires 30 hours of work weekly at our restaurant on Boulevard Cousineau. You will oversee staff performance, implement procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations to maximize operational success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and services
- Develop and implement operating procedures
- Train and hire new employees effectively
- Monitor staffing, performance, and inventory levels
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly
Requirements:
- Strong communication in French or English
- High school diploma typically required
- Minimum one year in fast food or two years in food service
- Supervisory experience is a must
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
