Drive aftermarket growth as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for P&WC in Saint-Hubert. This full-time, on-site role combines supplier sourcing and relationship management with advanced project management skills. P&WC’s Aftermarket Strategic Sourcing team seeks motivated candidates to join their full-time efforts in Saint-Hubert. As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will evaluate and implement sourcing strategies for new component repairs while collaborating closely with engineering and operational teams. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining supplier relationships as well as managing proposals and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with current and prospective component repair suppliers
• Represent the sourcing team in various governance meetings
• Support supplier network evolution through collaboration
• Collaborate with engineering for specialized repair requirements
• Manage proposals and supplier selection processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 6-10 years of experience
• Master’s degree with 4-7 years of experience
• Background in Business, Aeronautics, or Engineering
• Strong project management skills
• Good technical knowledge Leverage your strategic sourcing skills and supplier relationship expertise at P&WC in Saint-Hubert.
