Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as operational lead for Alternative clients
- Supervise daily operational workflows and results
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and performance metrics
- Participate in designated projects or tasks
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree required
- 2-3 years' relevant operations experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
