POSITION DESCRIPTION:The welcoming Le Wellesley residence is seeking a Maintenance Worker. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker will be responsible for completing minor renovations and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility. This is a permanent, part-time position, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., every other weekend.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:all other related tasksConstructionCarry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as requiredMake service callsMinor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superiorEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)BENEFITS:Referral ProgramUniform providedFloating days offSocial leaveVacationApartment providedHuman management approachConsistent scheduleCareer OpportunityJOB STATUS:Permanent: Full TimeJOB SCHEDULE:Day time
