POSITION DESCRIPTION:The welcoming Le Wellesley residence is seeking a Maintenance Worker. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker will be responsible for completing minor renovations and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility. This is a permanent, part-time position, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., every other weekend. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: all other related tasks Construction Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Make service calls Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) BENEFITS: Referral Program Uniform provided Floating days off Social leave Vacation Apartment provided Human management approach Consistent schedule Career Opportunity JOB STATUS: Permanent: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Day time
