Use communication and sales skills as a Contact Center Agent supporting inbound customers from home. Help people solve problems and choose suitable services.
MCI is hiring Contact Center Agents for inbound customer service, sales, help desk, and back-office operations. You will represent iconic brands while managing customer needs, explaining services, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and pursuing first-call resolution. This position requires accurate account handling and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls professionally, empathetically, and efficiently
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers toward solutions
- Identify sales opportunities and upgrade or upsell services
- Manage accounts and process customer requests using internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or managers
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate typing speed of 20 or more words per minute
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite and Windows proficiency
- Customer-first approach with troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills
