Civic Recruitment Limited in Sutton is seeking a knowledgeable Systems Training Specialist for a three-month contract. You will create training materials and oversee the implementation of a Google training microsite focused on the Mosaic Adult Social Care system. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive end-user training and assessing learning needs to ensure smooth adoption and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training strategies for Adult Social Care users
- Conduct needs assessments for training requirements
- Create detailed training plans linked to project milestones
- Design engaging training materials and documentation
- Ensure materials reflect Adult Social Care processes accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing systems training programmes
