Key Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive training strategies for Adult Social Care users
• Conduct needs assessments for training requirements
• Create detailed training plans linked to project milestones
• Design engaging training materials and documentation
• Ensure materials reflect Adult Social Care processes accurately
Requirements:
• Proven experience in developing systems training programmes
• Proficiency in creating user guides and training plans
• Strong knowledge of Adult Social Care and Mosaic processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Google Sites or similar platforms Utilize your training expertise and passion for user engagement to drive success in Civic Recruitment Limited's Adult Social Care initiative.
