Vehicle damage documentation is central to this ICBC support role, combining inspection travel, digital photography, and accurate system updates from on-site offices.
This position provides estimating and administrative support for ICBC teams in British Columbia. Assistants visit tow yards, repair facilities, residences, and other locations to collect vehicle information. They create condition descriptions, capture images, and prepare materials for Estimators and Adjusters. The work also includes fair value checks and file maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to locations to collect damaged vehicle information
- Create detailed descriptions of vehicle conditions
- Take digital images supporting documented vehicle damage
- Upload materials and notes into the system
- Provide general support to Estimators as required
Requirements:
- Strong computer and application knowledge
- Clear communication with customers
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Superior organization and multitasking skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
