As part of Ranovus, you'll oversee the industrialization of packaging technologies critical for AI-driven optical connectivity. Your role entails collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and defining strategies for complex packaging challenges. A deep understanding of packaging processes from design to production is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements into packaging strategies
- Lead processes in flip-chip and die attach assembly
- Develop hybrid laser integration and packaging methods
- Define optical fiber attachment strategies and quality controls
- Manage all phases from prototyping to production ramp
Requirements:
- Over 10 years in advanced optical or semiconductor packaging
- Proven track record in process development and manufacturing
- Specialized knowledge in thermal and optical interactions
- Experience with external manufacturing partners
- Excellent technical and communication skills
