Drive fundraising success as a Special Events Coordinator at Better Living Charitable Foundation. This role focuses on event operations, community engagement, and partnership development in North York.
Join Better Living Charitable Foundation, reporting to the Manager of Philanthropy, to organize impactful fundraising events that support various programs in North York and Newmarket. The successful candidate will coordinate all facets of event planning and execution, create donor communication strategies, and collaborate with volunteers. This exciting role is perfect for individuals with a passion for philanthropy and community service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate fundraising events from planning to analysis
- Lead event committee volunteer coordination
- Solicit partnerships for in-kind donations
- Develop event communication materials
- Cultivate relationships within the community
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in event operations
- Post-Secondary education related to fundraising
- Knowledge of Raiser's Edge preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver's License required
- Complete Vulnerable Sector Screening
