EllisDon seeks a Project Controls Manager specializing in life sciences and advanced manufacturing. Drive budgeting and forecasting to optimize project outcomes and stakeholder communication.
This pivotal role reports to the Construction Manager or Project Director. Your responsibilities will include leading cost control processes and implementing EVM for assigned projects. Through your expertise, you will prepare cost reports, manage change processes, and ensure effective project controls data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project forecasting and cost management
- Establish and maintain an EVM-based reporting system
- Oversee change management in project lifecycle
- Create and submit cash flow forecasts and reports
- Analyze processes to optimize project performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in cost management or project controls
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Comfortable with earned value analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to manage project controls processes
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
