Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure compliance with payroll procedures, collective agreements, HR policies, and internal controls. This role involves validating data, conducting audits, and generating reports to maintain accuracy and confidentiality. You will collaborate with team members, support daily operations, manage escalations, and contribute to special projects and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Support the Payroll Leader with day-to-day operations and during high-volume periods. Analyze overpayments and recommend corrective solutions. Prepare reports to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions. Serve as the payroll subject matter expert and primary escalation point. Coordinate payroll reconciliations and audits in partnership with Finance. Assist with process enhancements and special initiatives. Track KPIs and prepare regulatory and management reports. Maintain SOPs and ensure accurate documentation. Promote continuous improvement and identify risks or emerging trends. Education & Experience Strong understanding of accounting and payroll principles. Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation required. Degree in HR or Accounting (or equivalent experience). Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and ServiceNow. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
