Build customer relationships as a Life Insurance Account Representative in Orleans, Ottawa, using insurance sales and consultative communication skills.
A Desjardins Agent Team Member supports business growth through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. This full-time position focuses on Life, Disability, Critical Illness, Home, and Auto Insurance products. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop leads and schedule customer appointments
- Identify customer needs through value-based conversations
- Market Life, Disability, Critical Illness, Home, and Auto Insurance
- Provide accurate, friendly service about policies and coverages
- Work with the agent toward sales targets
Requirements:
- LLQP qualification and ability to obtain OTL
- Sales experience, preferably life insurance sales
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present to potential customers and multitask
