Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to:Marketing Sales&Service Finance ManagerYou will be a part of an 18-month rotational program. Two rotations focused on developing accounting, leaderships skills and ABB product knowledge.You will complete the rotational program with Electrification Installation Products business group. Installation Products provide customers with installation and safety solutions created for ease of installation and maintenance, and that are also designed for sustainability and superior performance for continuous operation throughout their life span. You will attend June orientation with all other Discovery Program participants. This global programming is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. You will have a dedicated program manager to coach you throughout your journey.Your responsibilitiesLearn about yourself and ABB's global businessEngage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skillsAspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinarsDemonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness by managing research and analysis projectsDeliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment Your background Completed university studies in accounting before the start of the programMaximum two years of professional work experience by the start dateDesire to learn and growExcellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and in French. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.Great organizational skillsMust already have a work authorization that would permit you to work for ABB in Canada and must be available to travel to any of our Canadian sitesWhy ABB?
