Stay informed of current and planned R&D activities and use your unique technical expertise to oversee development tasks. Develop new solutions by following your own ideas, formulating hypotheses, and defining validation methods. Take applicable standards into account when developing new technologies and products.Quality and Continuous Improvement : lead targeted product quality improvements within your area of responsibility and monitor results. Embed quality from the early stages of development and apply best practices in quality assurance. Understand the "voice of the customer" to improve product quality. Participate in and propose product and process improvement programs.Teamwork, Collaboration, and Visibility : actively collaborate with technical experts from other domains and functions. Provide advisory services to commercial operations and customers.Intellectual Property (IP) Management : understand and initiate IP generation within your area of specialization and contribute to the development of project IP strategies. Ensure the protection of new innovations and support the defense and enforcement of related intellectual property rights.
