We are seeking people who are keen to develop to their full potential to the mutual benefit of the individual, the team and the company and who are committed to growing successful partner and client relationships.Your roleHave the responsibility to be the Candu lead in the Contract Management function on a Major Refurbishment project within a Joint Venture environment.You will work closely with the Joint Venture Leadership, to deliver the project commercial strategy and ultimately support the management of project agreement throughout the delivery phase of the project.You will act as a key point of contact to Client for contractual matters. You must be able to deal with the client on delicate matters tactfully and professionally while protecting all JV Partner interests.Liaise with and provide guidance on contract matters to the project team at all levels.You may be required to manage and mentor more junior Commercial Staff within the project as the project grows.Review, negotiate and draft project commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, purchase orders, contracts, consortium agreements, joint-venture agreements and, having regard for their practical application and inherent risk.Assist information and administration of contracts with Subcontractors and ensure that required and relevant terms and conditions are flowed down to Subcontractors.About youUniversity degree in Engineering, Finance or Law, or an MBA, with at least experience in a similar role in a construction or high technology industry.
