Context & Environment TEMCA is an 18-year-old subsidiary producing and distributing TE-branded lubricants nationwide. The client portfolio mainly consists of buying groups, OEMs, direct sales and distributors. ActivitiesWe are currently looking for a Business Developer - Heavy Duty. This person will be responsible for the geographical area around Ottawa (including Sudbury, Kingston and Oshawa), where they will carry out their activities in accordance with the objectives defined by their management. The position holder must be based within their territory or nearby. Here are the main tasks: Comply with the safety and ethics rules defined by the companyDevelop and coordinate the sale of lubricants within the Buying Group segmentImplement the commercial and marketing policy defined by the companyLead marketing actions, sales follow-up, and training for all aftermarket automotive stakeholdersConduct targeted prospectingEnsures traceability of the business relationship in the CRM (Contacts, Visit Reports, Opportunities, etc.)Manage invoices collections and manage customers to accelerate payments and resolve disputesBuild customer loyalty through regular visits and tailored servicesInform the commercial team of market evolution to competition intelligenceParticipate in meetings, events, and shows organized by partnersWork in tandem with their Customer Service Account Manager to ensure customer satisfactionCandidate ProfileValid work permit in CanadaMinimum of 5 years of industry experience in a sales positionStrong organizational skills and autonomyCommercial acumen and negotiation skillsEnergy and strong interpersonal skillsTeam spirit and strong sense of company valuesAnalytical mindsetProficiency in essential office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge or proficiency with a CRM is a strong assetAdditional InformationTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.Apply Facebook Email X LinkedIn
