Your Role Reporting to the Operations Director, the Regional Supervisor is responsible for client satisfaction and operational excellence within their assigned territory. If you are proactive, organized, and thrive in a leadership role, this opportunity is for you Main Responsibilities: Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with clients in your region. Plan and coordinate regular and special cleaning projects (monthly, quarterly, annual). Manage priorities, client requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Conduct quality inspections and prepare related reports. Manage inventory of cleaning products and equipment, ensuring availability and good condition. Participate in recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff. Ensure health and safety compliance and assist in incident investigations. Contribute to the preparation of the operational budget and help control and reduce costs. What We’re Looking For: Bilingual in French and English (Spanish is an asset). Minimum 3 years of experience in janitorial or maintenance operations. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver’s license (frequent travel required). Territory: From Montreal’s North Shore to the Mauricie region.
