Reporting directly to the Maintenance Lead, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, while ensuring the optimal operation of our production equipmentMain Responsibilities : Organization and Planning * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules * Plan the replacement of tools (blades, bits, knives, etc.) based on production needs * Maintain up-to-date work orders, logs, and documentation in the CMMS (INTEGRAL) Technical Coordination * Coordinate technician and subcontractor interventions based on priorities * Ensure availability of spare parts and necessary tools * Monitor maintenance project progress and provide regular updates On-Site Interventions * Actively participate in equipment maintenance * Diagnose equipment failures and contribute to their resolution * Provide technical support during major work or emergencies Health, Safety, and Compliance * Strictly apply safety procedures * Participate in inspections, audits, and the implementation of recommendations * Train and raise team awareness on best safety practices Key Skills : * Strong knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics * Proficiency in CMMS software (INTEGRAL or equivalent) * Ability to read technical documents in English * Ability to work independently without direct supervision * Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindsetEducation and Experience : * DEP in Electromechanics or equivalent recognized diploma * Foreign engineering degree accepted with significant experience * 12 to 15 years of industrial maintenance experience, including coordination of technical activities * Solid understanding of manufacturing environments and maintenance management Working Conditions : * Schedule: Day shift (6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) * Full-time: Up to 40 hours per week, with possible overtime * Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 annually * Attendance Bonus: Up to $750 * Benefits: RRSP contribution up to $2,750, group insurance plan Recruitment Process : 1.
