Presence at the office is required.Functions: Understand and meet the different needs of existing and potential customers: technical information, quotes, orders, etc. Work closely with management, the sales representative (B2B), the project manager and the technical department to develop and maintain strong business relationships based on trust with customers Always provide optimal customer service to current and potential customers Provide added value to the customer's shopping experience Make product recommendations Provide, enter and track customer quote requests and orders. Requirements College or Bachelor degree (business administration, commercial management, engineering/technical or related field); Excellent English, spoken and written (other languages an asset); Understand or interested in technologies, electronics, informatics and technical fields; Relevant professional experience of more than 3 years; Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Meet the company’s health, safety and confidentiality standards; Relevant business experience in the technology sector (an asset) Experience working with a CRM (an asset) Profile Excellent communication and presentation skills; Able to work autonomously and in a team, results-oriented; Good analytical and synthesis skills, structured; Concerned about the client satisfaction; Reliable, ethical, honest and showing leadership; Good understanding of current technologies used in sales; Positive attitude, good presentation and proactive; Great writing skills in English (French an asset); Ease of working in collaboration with their team; Able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment; Courteous and professional; Problem solving skills; Demonstrated skills in work planning and organization; NB: Additional remuneration and bonus to be discussed
