Job Overview
Corpwell Developers is hiring a results-driven Insurance Partnerships & Revenue Development Manager to open doors, close approvals, and generate recurring insurancepaid construction work across the GTA. This is a front-line revenue role, not administrative. Your mission is to secure preferred contractor status, activate insurer and restoration networks, and turn approvals into consistent project flow. You will own relationships with insurers, claims managers, restoration networks, and TPAs—driving real business, not just paperwork. If you thrive on closing partnerships, shortening sales cycles, and building repeat revenue channels, this role is for you.
Duties
- Prospect, pitch, and secure onboarding approvals with:
- Insurance companies, Banks , Creditunions.
- Restoration & insurance networks (Paul Davis, Belfor, Winmar, FirstOnSite, etc.) Position Corpwell Developers as a trusted, go-to general contractor for insurance claims work
- Actively follow up and push applications to approval — no passive waiting
- Build direct relationships with:
• Insurance adjusters - Claims managers
- Vendor onboarding teams
- Convert approvals into live projects and repeat assignments
- Negotiate vendor agreements and preferred contractor status
- Own the full Sales lifecycle
- Outreach → Approval → First project → Ongoing work
- Track pipelines, approvals, and insurer-driven revenue
- Support renewals and expansion with existing insurer partners
What Success Looks Like
- Corpwell Developers becomes approved with multiple insurers & TPAs
• First insurance jobs awarded quickly after approval
A steady monthly flow of insurance-paid projects
Strong, repeat relationships with adjusters and claims teams
Required Experience
Proven experience in insurance restoration, claims, or contractor onboarding
Strong understanding of how insurance work is awarded
Experience dealing directly with:
Insurance companies
Restoration networks
Adjusters or claims teams
Sales-oriented mindset with relentless follow-up ability
Ability to work independently and own revenue outcomes Preferred Background
Restoration company, insurance brokerage, or claims administration
Existing relationships within:
GTA insurance market
Restoration networks or TPAs
Experience securing preferred vendor / contractor status
Compensation & Incentives
• Base Salary: Competitive, CAD 45,000 to 75,000
Aggressive Performance Bonus
Bonus for every insurance or network approval on each project assigned.
Ongoing incentives tied to volume of insurance-driven work.
High performers can significantly increase earnings based on results
