City of Peel

, and Direct to Consumer as well. Since 2020, we've built a commercial kitchen, secured long-term contracts, and built a brand around quality, homestyle meals. Now, we're ready for the next stage of growth, and we need a true
Operating Partner
to run the show.

The Role:

As our Operating Partner, you will take full responsibility for
running and growing HouseCook
. This is not a passive role, it's for someone who thrives on the grind and has the drive to build a business like it's their own.

You'll oversee:

  • Kitchen Operations
    – managing food production, logistics, and staff.
  • Client Management
    – keeping our major clients (City of Peel, TTC, etc.) happy and growing those relationships.
  • Marketing & Growth
    – leading digital marketing, branding, and promotions to build HouseCook's presence and bring in new business.
  • Profitability
    – improving efficiency, cutting waste, and scaling sales to turn revenue into strong profit.
  • Strategy & Leadership
    – working with other leaders to take HouseCook to the next level, but at the end you're the leader and responsible for the organization.

Incentives:

  • Stipend:
    $500/month to start (so you're covered while we scale).
  • Profit Sharing:
    We believe in rewarding hustle. Expect a
    generous/majority share of profits;
    the harder you grind, the more you make.
  • Equity Opportunity:
    Once profitability is sustained, you've proved yourself, equity ownership is on the table.
