Job Summary
The Manager, Pipeline & Digital Marketing is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth by converting market demand into sales-ready opportunities. This role owns MQL generation, digital demand, lifecycle automation, website performance, and full-funnel optimization to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Telpay's MQL framework, including definition, scoring, quality, and conversion
- Manage digital demand across paid, organic, direct, and referral channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media programs
- Own marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns
- Optimize website and landing page conversion performance
- Partner with Sales to align lead readiness and handoff
- Support go-to-market execution for product releases and enhancements
Performance Measures
- MQL volume, quality, and sales acceptance
- MQL → SQL conversion
- Marketing-sourced pipeline
- Cost per sales-ready lead
- Website and paid channel performance
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years experience in digital marketing or demand generation
- Experience managing paid media and automation platforms
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales
