Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Chick-fil-A 410 & Steeles in Brampton. This full-time, on-site role plays a key part in supporting our restaurant's operations by managing essential HR functions and helping foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post jobs, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage personnel files and training documentation.
  • Support team recognition and events.

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and training schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Help coordinate performance reviews and track completion.
  • Support benefits administration and assist team members with related questions.
  • Organize employee recognition programs and appreciation events.
  • Track attendance, schedule changes, and time-off requests.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and escalate concerns to leadership when needed.
  • Maintain open communication with team members to promote engagement and retention.
  • Assisting in executing opening and/or closing procedures.
  • Communicating clearly with fellow team members and leaders.
  • Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ensuring that products and guests' experiences are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence.
  • Assist in operations as needed during the day, both Front of House and Back of House (Kitchen).

Preferred Experience

  • HR or recruiting experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.80-$22.00 per hour
