We're looking for a permanent Senior Payroll Specialist to be the go-to expert for end-to-end payroll across ANBL and CNB.

What You'll Do

Own bi-weekly payroll from start to finish

  • Handle complex calculations, reconciliations, and compliance with confidence
  • Keep payroll dataaccurate, secure, and audit-ready
  • Support employees and business partners with clear, trusted payroll guidance
  • Improve processes, document workflows, and make payroll run even better

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, reconciliations, and year-end activities
  • An eye for detail, love of deadlines, andhighlevelof discretion
  • Excel skills and experience with ADP (or similar)
  • PCP designation (or working toward it) is a plus

Language Competencies

  • Written and spoken French competence is an asset, please state your language capability.

Work Location

  • The Retail Operations Centre is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
  • The successful candidate must be based in NewBrunswick,remote work is possible.
  • Semi-regular travel for meetings and project work may berequired.
