Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for an Estimator to support our Winnipeg Branch (Office Location Spruce Street, Winnipeg MB, R3E 2V7).

A Day in the Life

  • Complete take-offs/estimate or assigned projects
  • Follow up on multi-scope or single-scope projects
  • Attend pre-bid & post-bid meetings
  • Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets

What We Are Seeking

  • Previous experience in Estimating is preferred
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam is preferred
  • Ability to read specs and drawings

  • Post-secondary education in a Construction program is considered an asset:

  • Architectural Technology- Construction Management- Construction Engineering

  • Great communication skills

  • General Building Envelope knowledge
  • Sales skills
  • Background in Building Science
  • Basics of AutoCAD
