As our services continue to grow, we are seeking a Care Supervisor / Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, caregiver oversight, client coordination, and service growth initiatives.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, part-time operational and supervisory role supporting care coordination, caregiver scheduling, client onboarding, and administrative workflows. The role also includes supporting community outreach, referrals, and service growth activities aligned with the organization's mission and values.

This position includes a fieldwork component. From time to time, the successful candidate may be required to provide direct in-home care support to clients as part of service delivery, coverage, training, or operational needs.

The role is offered on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment based on organizational needs, performance, and service demand.

This role is ideal for a candidate interested in developing leadership, operational, and service growth skills within a mission-driven care organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesCare Operations & Coordination

  • Support client and family intake, onboarding, and service coordination
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and care delivery
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and operational support to caregiving staff
  • Support documentation, compliance tracking, and operational workflows
  • Assist with quality assurance and adherence to company policies

Fieldwork & Direct Care Support

  • Provide direct in-home caregiving support as required
  • Assist with coverage during staffing gaps or onboarding periods
  • Model best practices for caregivers through hands-on service delivery
  • Document care activities accurately and in accordance with procedures

Liaison, Marketing & Growth Support

  • Act as an operational liaison with external partners and service funders, where applicable
  • Support communication between caregivers, families, and leadership
  • Assist with community outreach, referrals, and service growth initiatives
  • Collaborate on business development and program expansion activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in caregiving, home care coordination, supervision, or a related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to perform direct in-home caregiving duties when required
  • Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with client-facing responsibilities
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently

Experience working with culturally diverse communities is considered an asset.
