Ice Cream Manufacturing Production Worker

Full-Time Vancouver, BC

We're expanding and looking for a Ice Cream Manufacturing Production Worker to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands on work, take pride in doing things well, and want to contribute to a company rooted in Italian craft and Canadian innovation, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

You'll play a key part in producing high desserts. This position involves operating equipment, maintaining production flow, and supporting a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. We offer real training, a positive atmosphere, and opportunities to grow for the right person.

What We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking someone who is:

  • Mechanically inclined and competent, comfortable with equipment, small adjustments, troubleshooting, and understanding how machines work
  • Detail oriented with a strong focus on food safety and cleanliness
  • Reliable with a positive attitude
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting 40–50 lbs
  • A team player who communicates well and works efficiently

Experience in manufacturing, food production, or machinery operation is an asset, but we're willing to train the right individual who shows aptitude and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment
  • Assist in batching, filling, packaging, and freezing processes
  • Perform basic mechanical adjustments and support equipment uptime
  • Maintain sanitation and follow all food safety protocols
  • Complete repetitive tasks with precision and consistency
  • Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards
  • Support a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment
