What You'll Do:

  • Guide patients through every step of their hearing journey, from assessment to long-term support.
  • Perform hearing evaluations and recommend personalized hearing solutions.
  • Fit and program hearing aids, completing all necessary documentation (WSIB, DVA, medical reports).
  • Educate clients on their hearing loss and empower them with technology options.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and communities through follow-up care and outreach.
  • Uphold a clinic culture built on compassion, trust, and excellence.

Who You Are:

  • A licensed (or eligible) Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist in Ontario.
  • A compassionate professional who truly cares about client outcomes.
  • Comfortable with consultative sales and connecting solutions to individual needs.
  • Strong communicator, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Have a drivers license and access to your own vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
