We are looking foran experienced
Service Advisor
who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team We're looking for a friendly and motivational individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.
What drives your day-to-day?
- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
- Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
- Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
- Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle's problems or symptoms.
- Connecting customers to the right auto technician
- Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers' vehicle is repaired as needed.
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
What Are The Must-haves…
- Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required
- CDK experience is an asset
- Automotive knowledge
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
