Position Overview

The Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time. Working in a busy warehouse/manufacturing environment, this role supports the smooth flow of materials and finished goods through the facility while maintaining high accuracy, organization, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Picking & Packaging

  • Pick items accurately based on order lists or pick sheets
  • Inspect items to confirm correct quantities and quality
  • Package products using appropriate protective materials
  • Label and prepare orders according to shipping requirements

Inventory Management

  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Update system records and report discrepancies
  • Organize inventory, stock replenishment, and maintain a clean workspace

Shipping & Logistics

  • Prepare shipments including labelling, documentation, and palletizing
  • Coordinate with couriers, carriers, or internal logistics teams
  • Troubleshoot shipping‑related issues

General Operations Support

  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams
  • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and equipment guidelines
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement activities
  • Complete all required forms and documentation

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or production preferred
  • Forklift certification an asset (may be required per AMC standards)
  • Experience with scanners or inventory management systems an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
