The **Fulfillment Associate **role will involve most aspects of our greenhouse production but is focused on **order fulfillment**. You will be cross-trained and familiarized with multiple areas within the Greenhouse as there is a great deal of co-operation required with internal partners to successfully carry out your daily tasks. Applicants should have an eye for detail and experience working with process and optimizing for efficiency.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipping
- Assist with organizing daily workflow, including labor needs, organizing team players, quality control, and all required tasks to complete and prepare orders for shipping
- Assist with organizing workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Assist with monitoring employee productivity and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and performance review
- Collaborate with your team(s) to maximize hourly/daily production
- Uphold quality control and inventory accuracy
- Ensure data integrity (UPC/Date coding) is accurate
- Ensure work area is clean, organized, and ready at the beginning AND end of every day
- Be a role model and active participant in ensuring a safe workplace, addressing safety concerns, compiling incident reporting, etc.
- Preparing and submitting daily reports as needed
- Willingness to learn and operate motorized equipment, if required

**About Rainbow Greenhouses**
We are a large, expanding greenhouse grower of indoor floral and outdoor gardening plant material to major retailers and wholesalers across Western Canada and Northwestern US. Established in 1985, we were once a small, family-run greenhouse business. Rainbow now operates 4 facilities in two provinces and is one of the largest Greenhouse operations in all of Canada employing over 600 people. We remain a family-owned company led by long-established values. Our staffing requirements now span a wide range of administrative, sales, and management roles from production line work and order assembly to greenhouse growers, facilities maintenance specialists, and truck mechanics, to logistics roles.

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37 per week
