As the Manager of the Internal Creative Agency, you are responsible for shaping and driving the agency's long-term vision, ensuring its alignment with organizational strategic priorities. Your role centres on championing the brand's identity and corporate culture, guiding the creative direction for advertising and marketing initiatives. You will provide strategic leadership to deliver impactful creative solutions that support the company's overall goals.

How you will create impact:
  • Defines and communicates the agency's long-term vision, strategic priorities, and creative objectives.
  • Leads and oversees all team operations, setting creative standards which align with strategic priorities and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Acting as a liaison and consulting with business partners to identify their needs and developing creative solutions that are strategically aligned to business outcomes.
  • Recommending, planning and managing delivery of the creative strategy and execution for campaigns, identifying integration opportunities, ensuring internal alignment with creative resources and collaborating with business partners and external creative agencies.
  • Coaching and developing the internal agency team, recruiting, and selecting talent, managing, and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Optimizing workflow, processes, and resource management to maximize team efficiency.

To join our team:
  • You have seven years of management experience in Marketing, or Creative/Agency
  • You have completed a post-secondary diploma in Business, Marketing or Creative Degree.
  • You have working knowledge of business, legal and regulatory issues related to the insurance industry, accessibility, and the Privacy Act.
