Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support chiropractors in providing exceptional patient care, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth clinic operation. Duties

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Prepare treatment rooms and assist with patient positioning for chiropractic procedures
  • Collect patient information and update medical records accurately
  • Explain treatment procedures and answer basic patient questions under supervision
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and office spaces
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance documentation
  • Support chiropractors during examinations and therapy sessions as needed

Experience

  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward patients
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills for record keeping and appointment management
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare or related fields is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
